The Office was founded in 2001 by Anna Bełz, a patent attorney, a member of the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys (number in the register of Polish Chamber Patent Attorneys: 2903), a professional representative in matters of intellectual and industrial property before:
Patent Office of the Republic of Poland (UPRP),
European Patent Office, EPO (ID No. 16074),
International Office of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO),
European Union Intellectual Property Office, EUIPO (entry number 27174).
With our help, you can submit an application for:
- trademark to the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland (UPRP) and abroad, including the European Union trademark (so-called EU trademarks) to the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and in the Madrid Agreement system of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) to the countries that are parties to this international agreement,
- industrial design in Poland and abroad, including a community design, to the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and in the Hague Agreement system of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) to the countries that are parties to this international agreement,
- invention and utility model to the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland (UPRP), invention to the European Patent Office (EPO), and under the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) to the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
In addition, on the basis of national priority, i.e., a national invention application, we can help you file a direct invention application in every country through a local representative.
